| The Barn is an 'upside down' Barn
Conversion with huge gilt picture window. On the ground floor are four bedrooms: The first is a king size en-suite bedroom with TV and CD/DVD player and built-in shower room. The second ground-floor bedroom is a family room with king size double bed, TV and CD/DVD player and en-suite shower room and a leather sofa that converts into bunks (must be requested prior to arrival only for use for children under 10 years old). The third bedroom is a king size double with TV and CD/DVD player and en-suite shower room Bedroom four is a double bedroom en suite with TV and CD/DVD player Also on the ground floor is a Boot Room with and extra Fridge Freezer. This room leads outside to enclosed terrace with 4 person outdoor Jacuzzi, outdoor furniture and BBQ. On the first floor there is a large Sitting Room/Dining/ Kitchen with Range, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher & Microwave. Bedroom 5 is on the first floor and is a family room with king size double bed, leather sofa that converts into bunks (must be requested prior to arrival only for use for children under 10 years old), TV and CD/DVD player and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 6 is a king size double room with TV and CD/DVD player and en-suite shower room. Bedrooms 1,2,3,5 & 6 can be made as twins on request on booking prior to arrival. The Barn interconnects with Manners Cottage sleeping up to 16 adults and 4 children under 10 years. See the facilities page for details of the facilities which are common to all cottages.
